Kenyan Real Estate Agents Empowered with New Portal for UK Property Investment
An Artificial Intelligence technology has been introduced by UK Real Estate Firm Baron and Cabot, which will enable Kenyan real estate agents to purchase and sell properties in the United Kingdom.
The unveiling of this portal will help Kenyan firms to reduce their investment risks in global markets and offer them access to fully compliant properties.
Moreover, the tool will provide a comprehensive guide for investors to choose the appropriate property to invest in the UK, giving them the knowledge and confidence to ask relevant questions for maximizing their property investment returns.
Mark Pearson, the Managing Director of Baron & Cabot, stated that this initiative will enable real estate agents in Kenya and Africa to sell properties and earn revenue in pounds, which will provide them with an opportunity to expand into new markets and achieve growth.
“We are thrilled to be launching this innovative concept that will not only provide a platform for real estate agents in Africa to sell UK properties but will also create job opportunities and drive economic growth,” said Pearson.
As per the Managing Director, the joint venture expansion plans are intended to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that will add value to all the parties involved.
“We believe that by leveraging AI technology to predict property prices, we can provide our partners with a unique advantage,” he added.
Baron and Cabot will provide training to the agents to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge required to navigate the real estate market and capitalize on the opportunities that their concept provides. The company will also facilitate property reservations for real estate agents and handle clients’ legal processes.
In the previous year, the international property investment firm established a base in Kenya, making it easier for investors in East Africa to invest in the UK through a straightforward and efficient process.
Additionally, Baron and Cabot will offer clients worldwide (excluding war zones) with mortgages at a rate of less than 6 percent and deposits of less than 35 percent, making it simpler for clients to invest in UK properties.
