In connection with the Portland Cement land controversy, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations Mohamed Amin has summoned 30 people, including Mavoko MP Patrick Makau and former police chiefs.
The individuals in the Portland saga are among 30 people, according to a statement from Amin on Tuesday, who the DCI believes may have information that can help with inquiries.
A statement from Registrars of Land Charles Ngetich, S.C. Njoroge, and G.G. Gachihi has also been requested.

Others include Cecilia Nzioka, Chief, Athi River Location, David Juma, Geoffrey Omondi, and previous deputy county commissioners in Mavoko, Mavoko, and Mavoko.
Along with three former Mavoko OCPDs, former DCIO officers Joseph Mumira, Martin Korongo, and Vincent Kipkorir have also been called.
