At an Azimio leader Raila Odinga gathering in Turkana county on Friday, chaos broke out.

The Turkana Cultural Festival began on Thursday, and the boss of Azimio is currently in the region.

The turmoil forced an early stop to the gathering.

As the ODM CEO has not yet spoken, the cause of the disturbance was not immediately known.

But it turned out that Raila was prevented from speaking at the cultural festival, forcing him to leave the stage.

When the talks didn’t begin right away after the usual dances because the schedule was too long, chaos broke out.

Supporters of Raila began chanting that he ought to be permitted to address the crowd as a result of this.

At this moment, they got into a fight with Jeremiah Lomorukai’s supporters at the gathering.

However, security personnel were able to control the crowd.

In an apparent allusion to Raila and his entourage, Turkana Central MP Joseph Namuar took the microphone and commanded the visitors from Nairobi to depart.

After leaving the event, Raila and his colleagues spoke to the media at Lodwar Airstrip.
