TVETs intend to adjust their curriculum

TVETs, or Technical Vocational Education Training Institutions, are now revamping their curricula to better meet the demands of the labor market both now and in the future.

According to Dr. Eusebius Mukhwana, Principal Secretary for Trade, Industry, and Investments, this has become necessary due to the ongoing global technology revolution.

The PS pushed the TVETs to generate research-based products that align with the tendencies of the labor market and to step up their degree of innovation.

During his speech at the Kenya Industrial Training Institute in Nakuru, Dr. Mukhwana emphasized the importance of establishing aggregation and fortifying market links.
